Mix the Dolin Vermouths

There are famous, timeless cocktails, such as the Dry Martini or the Negroni, which are delightfully sophisticated when made with Dolin vermouths.

Manhattan

Ingredients

20 ml Dolin Red Vermouth, 50 ml whiskey, 1 dash Angostura bitters.

Preparation

Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir vigorously with a bar spoon. Strain into a Martini glass, leaving the ice cubes behind. Garnish with a cherry.

Clover Club

Ingredients

15 ml Dolin Dry Vermouth, 45 ml gin, 15 ml raspberry syrup, 15 ml fresh lemon juice, 1 egg white.

Preparation

Add the ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously. Place a cocktail strainer over the shaker and pour the mixture into a cocktail glass. Add 2 or 3 fresh raspberries as a garnish.

Ingredients

30 ml Dolin White Vermouth, 20 ml Greenall’s gin, 20 ml Pontiane.

Preparation

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the vermouth, gin, and gentian. Stir to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish.
