White Vermouth

Invented in Chambéry !
The white style of vermouth was created in Savoie in 1881. Smooth, aromatic and elegant, Dolin White Vermouth is a perfect match for indulgent moments while remaining an enduring symbol of refinement. Brilliant, crystal-clear and silky in appearance, it reveals a complex nose of freshly crushed Alpine herbs, camphor and bright citrus notes. On the palate, harmonious herbal flavours unfold with a beautifully smooth texture. Broom flowers and elderflower linger gracefully, leading into delicate notes of fresh almonds and ripe peach.

Ingredients:
Richer and sweeter than our Dry expression, Dolin White Vermouth is crafted with no fewer than thirty-two herbs and spices, including hibiscus, basil, cinnamon, Alpine wormwood and gentian, among many others.
A timeless aperitif served over ice, it is equally delicious topped with fruit liqueur in the great tradition of the “Chambéry-Cassis”, a favourite of Ernest Hemingway. Its delicate touch of freshness also brings remarkable elegance to cocktails.
