Throughout the Dolin range, our aim has been to maintain the spirit of Savoie, attached to traditions, to the mountains and the quality of a good artisanal product. We have selected the most emblematic ingredients of our terroir for our aperitif drinks: walnut, raspberry, blueberry and, of course, genepi, flavors that bring to mind a warm fire or summer evenings on a terrace. We strive to make authentic aperitifs the old-fashioned way with our carefully guarded secret recipes, enabling the fruit to express its rich flavor in the delicately fortified base wine.
