Tequila Martinez

Ingredients

30ml Dolin red vermouth, 30ml Calle 23 Blanco, 2.5ml Maraschino, 1 dash Xocolatl bitters.

Method

Pour the vermouth, tequila, maraschino and bitter into a mixing glass filled with ice. Mix. Pour into a chilled coupette glass and garnish.
